Brief of The Organization

“We are united in the organisation for the mission to make our society as well as the country healthy , wealthy and happy.”

To live in this world peacefully, we need a healthy atmosphere. We must need a well-systemic and developed society. If we ( all people of a society/country) effort properly and work unitedly it is possible to build a better human society where everybody will leave with a healthy mind and body, enough wealth and facilities, love, peace and happiness.

In this platform we will work together, effort collectively for fulfill that great vision(creat the peaceful individual life and peaceful social life) . We  are building an independent ( separate) organisation for the mission, “Mission Shantir Niloy”( means Mission to Creat Peaceful Home). The organisation is a hybrid organisation. We will work as a profit creating businesses company, will be  provided many paid services and facilities. We shall also work as social welfare organisation, in this scheme we will provide many important free service to human society and to nature.

Balanced  personality development and self empowerment is one of the more emphasized dimensions of our organisation. Several  programes will be kipt for the leaders,  Members, vollentieers and employees. Each and everyone of our organisation will be strived to become more skilled, wise and wealthy. Each one of the leading team/committee members, will be lead to build and practice healthy balanced lifestyle, good character, great personality(behaviors) well reputation. Other members, employees and volunteers also have to  try to adopting the motivated stress-free working habits, healthy lifestyles, healthy social behaviours and Organisation’s norms.

The organisation is creating for develop and maintain better human social system. The organisation will work for promoting value education, maintain good social and falk cultural practice, motivate  and train people to healthy use of science and technologies. Through our organisation we also motivate, train and facilitate the mass of people to healthful living, build good character, spiritual development, care for nature and natural environment.

One of the most important goal of the organisation is ethical trading and become economically stronger and rich. For reach the goal the organisation will make strong network among the people.  The organisantion will be build effective and  better policies for trade and supply of healthy and good quality essential goods within the members as well as public.

The top most (main) goal and golden vision of the organisation and our members to build one or more beautiful Shantir Niloy Asaram cum resorts and lasting it to millennium. Here the organisation members, tourist and some groups of public will come and get wonderful facilities and services to experience peace, purity and happiness of human life. And also will provide them some short courses and trainings to well motivate & self retreat. Holistic systems and strict rules and regulations will be made for it.

In the organisational system , there will be no prefered political parti and no any political parties campaign. To  join as a member in the organisation no religious communities boundaries also, followers of any religion can be join and work for the mission by following organisation’s rules and regulations. Age of 16 years to 80 years any interested person (both males and females)  can join in the organisation with a small fees or donation.

Initially the organisation will work in Assam(upper Assam’s districts )and Arunachal Pardesh(Eastern part’s Districts). For service and network, local communites and local citizens will be given first preference. When people will become interested to follow this types system and ideas, then any where of the mother land India as well as world people can become members of the organisation and can serve in their own locality(society and country).

The organisation will effort to bring awarness in the society for spiritual empowerment, value education and good character(personality) building. Though our organisation will work for and work with all communities of societies and religious followers; but the main organisational official spiritual practices and philosophy of moral & ethics will be based on the Holy Gita Sastra and Bharatia Adi  Sanatan Sanskriti. The incorporeal Suprime Soul(The Divine) almighty authority God ShivaBaba is our Suprime Director & Guru and His teachings(Godly Knowledge) through Prajapita BrahmaBaba and Godly family will be our main stream inspiration. We will also give  regards and take necessary inspirations from Vedas, Shsb2astras & Upanishads, great sages and spiritual persons(like Patanjali, Aadi Shankaracharya, Shrimanta Sankardev, Madhavadev , Anirudhadev, Chanakya, Swami Ramakrishnan, Swami Vivekananda etc.) No any religious conversion will be there, but member have to  follow/include some specific healthy lifestyle and practices by following their own religion(religious norms) as well as culture.
